Thomastown Township is a township in Wadena County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 714 at the 2000 census. Thomastown Township was named for Thomas Scott, an early settler. ==Geography== According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 42.0 square miles (108.7 km²); 41.0 square miles (106.1 km²) of it is land and 1.0 square miles (2.6 km²) of it (2.41%) is water. The Crow Wing River is joined by its tributaries the Leaf and Partridge Rivers in the township.
